I am a humble individual, born to Sergeant Vishwa Mittar Mohan, an Indian Air Force veteran, and Smt Vinod Bala Mohan, who have been my inspiring role models. I received my early education in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pune and Delhi, and completed my higher education from Daffodils High School, International School, Nrupathunga Junior College, and IGNOU. 

During my school days, I wore many caps of  responsibility such as House Captain and participated in inter-school cricket matches and creative co-curricular activities.

As a high school student, I was more interested in vehicles than academics and dreamt of driving a high-performance car someday. Looking back, I realize that I have driven more than 5 lakh plus kilometers over the years.

In 1982, I began my journey in the automobile service industry by managing car services at our family-owned petrol pump. Over the past 40+ years, I have decoded the 'Code of Customer Delight' by developing various SOPs and frameworks for my workshop's task force.

I also share my knowledge through a self-curated training program on vocational skill development and soft skills and am often invited as a guest speaker at numerous national and international forums.

Additionally, I am a Melvin Jones Fellow of Lions Clubs International, a Charter President of the Lions Club of Hyderabad Cosmo, and a Past District Cabinet Secretary of Lions Clubs International, District 320D. I am also a Patron of Shirdi Saibaba Sansathan, Shirdi, and a Managing Committee Member of the Hyderabad Management Association.

My charming wife, Preeti Mohan, stands by my side, and she has served as the President of Hyderabad Cosmo Lions Club and as a Zone Chairperson. Preeti was also chosen as the Brand Ambassador of the Hyderabad Metro Rail. 

We are blessed with a pretty daughter, Vrinda, a handsome son-in-law, Dhruv, a smart son, Vibhu, and a cute grandson, Rivaan.
